This was the first comic put out with the Navin Production stamp, and was also the first to feature Navin’s mainstay character, the humble taxi driver. Recounting a day-in-the-life of the average Sydney cabbie, the story colours with brief vignettes of different drivers through the course of their shift. As we meet Oman from Columbia, Abu from Egypt, Yalcin from Turkey, Osman from S. Africa, This comic introduces Navin’s core themes that taxis are a global meeting place, where people from differing cultures and backgrounds are thrown together in the most unusual of circumstances.
