This futuristic caper reunites mainstay heroes Navin, Johnny, and Piak, with the extraterrestrial space robot Taximan, who team up once again to fight off the returned threat of Millennium Man (MM) group. Opening in Tokyo in 2000, cute designer Rika accepts a gift-wrapped package, a computer game called Millennium Game. Putting the game on her console, suddenly the MM villains jump out of the screen, panicking Rika and her fellow designers. Rika runs for help to her old teacher, professor Koichi, who advises them to contact Navin and his team, the heroes who defeated the MM group before in 1999. Relaxing on the beach, Navin is reluctant to help, but Rika’s female charm persuades Navin and the guys to come to Japan, where they find out about the MM group’s hidden cloning factor. Needing extra help, they contact Taximan, who hops aboard the Universe Bus to catch a ride to Planet Earth. Once there he builds a time travelling truck that transports them all to the year 2047, to enlist the help of futuristic robot Hyoma. With extra help from the ghostly spirit of a dead Taxi Hero and special state-of-the-art body armour supplied by Hyoma, the extended team of crime fighters finally destroy the MM cloning plant, and save the planet.
