In the same Italian town that Navin brought the ill-fated (police confiscated) scooter, an international group show was held under a highway in an outdoor public setting. The project included a temporary cardboard shelter which dressed up to resemble a nomadic home. In relation to Inson Wongsam’s legendary journey, Navin and the two young Thai artists from Chiang Mai travelled around town documenting events through video while continually adding bits to the house contributing to the lived in ambience. Despite Navin having purchased the scooter, it ended up in the hands of its original owner who cunningly disappeared without giving the artist back his money!
